I changed my clothes at "Squid Station Tsukuru Mall", and when I was ready to go out to the bay with SUP, I got out of the slope next to the squid fishing boat and started rowing SUP. In the clear Sea of Japan, just by eliminating the waves, the seaweed that grows from the seabed can be seen astonishingly deep, and you can clearly see the fish swimming in the water.

With a moment of relaxation, convinced of the victory, the needle that was hanging on it came off, and Shimashima disappeared deep into the bottom of the sea again. It is regrettable that I missed it in front of me, and as a result of searching at the same point as delivering it to the yellow grouper lurking on the seabed of this bay, by the time I got out of the sea, I took a few yellow groupers to the harbor I was able to return to.

Since I drove to the Noto Peninsula, I visited Wajima Morning Market, one of Japan's three major morning markets, which I've always wanted to visit. A number of tents line up on both sides of the maintained street, and local mothers and small, crooked grandmas have begun preparing to open in their respective locations before 8 am. There are various things on the shelves. Not only fresh fish raised at Wajima Port, but also homemade overnight dried fish and local crafts. When I was walking down the street, it was natural for old shops to call out to tourists walking down the street, such as "Look at this, brother" and "Dry it overnight I made". It seemed fresh to go around, probably because I had less chance to hear it in this era.

Autumn taste hunting

On the way back from Kuju Bay, I found out that there are many chestnut gardens on the way to the nearest interchange, so I went to Hashimoto Kurien, which I made a reservation by phone yesterday, to pick up chestnuts that I had no experience with and experience autumn. I decided to do it. From the road with good visibility, you can see chestnut trees on your right and left, and it's about time for your destination. By the way, I found a signboard and arrived safely. Mr. Hashimoto, the owner who has a bucket and tongs, explained how to pick up chestnuts carefully while chatting with each other.

According to Mr. Hashimoto, nearly 20 varieties of chestnuts are planted on this vast site. If you look closely at the chestnuts you picked up after hearing that, you will notice that there are differences in size, shape, and color. This Hashimoto chestnut garden is planted from early to late varieties, so you can hunt for taste for a little longer than others. When I was absorbed in picking up chestnuts, the time passed so quickly that I noticed that there were enough delicious chestnut piles to take home as souvenirs.

Rocky areas are often seen along the coast of the Sea of Japan, but suddenly there is only one large single rock, Mitsukejima, and the longest bench in the world overlooking the endless horizon with the sea breeze all over. There are places where people can relax in front of the quiet scenery and spend a relaxing time, such as Shiroyone Senmaida, where the rice fields dyed in the setting sun are superb.
